Traffic Cameras
If you drive anywhere in the United States, you have at some point come across those pesky red light cameras. They are everywhere now, not just on red lights. Traffic cameras are popping up all over the place.
In addition to the cameras, many counties are also adding speed recording devices, and will catch you speeding, then take a picture of you doing it. A couple of days later you get a notice in the mail along with a hefty fine.
If you drive the route normally, some drivers are getting use to where they are and are passing that information along to other drivers. There are several applications available for smart phones that offer a similar service for a nominal fee, and a few web based ones as well. Most of them are consumer updated and not as reliable but a few of them out there are actually legit and have been verified.
Lives can be changed forever in a matter of seconds. The moral of the story here is to slow down and pay attention when you're driving.

Traffic Cameras have become a common sight every where you look.

Dispatching options
The Dispatch feature of the M3G-2 GPS Fleet Management Solution delivers a dynamic resource management tool. With the necessary hardware and software in place and the Dispatch feature enabled, you can easily:
• Dispatch jobs/stops
• Communicate directly with drivers
• Navigate safely and accurately
The dispatch solution includes options and information on both the "Find" and "Dispatch" tabs. The dispatcher can create messages and stops with driving instructions in the web application. The dispatcher can then send them to a driver via a Garmin Portable Navigation Device connected to a M3G-2 mobile unit.
These new features are ideal for Limo companies, windshield repair, towing services, appliance repair, HVAC, plumbers, garage door repair, pool service, non-emergency medical transportation, senior center transportation, and many more.

The optional Garmin navagation device for canned messages

CANNED MESSAGES
Have you ever been too busy or doing something else to stop and respond to a call, text message or e-mail? We all have, that's why canned message are a great way to communicate information quickly and easily.
With canned messages you can message directions or other information to driver's cell phone, PDA or the *optional* Garmin navigation and text messaging unit.
Not only that, your drivers can respond with a predetermined canned message letting you know they received the message without having to sit and type out a message, rather just pushing a button.
Canned messages are safer, and more cost effective, you can send a message to any device already in use that can receive emails or text messages to save on cell phone expenses. Have more questions? Contact us
